You may only create one Account per person. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.

• Immediately notify qqdewi support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. qqdewi shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you failed to maintain adequate security measures.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

qqdewi operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours. Unverified Accounts may face withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

qqdewi supports deposits via Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

• Your access to qqdewi Services will be immediately revoked.
• Any remaining balance may be forfeited if termination resulted from breach of these Terms.
• You may be permanently banned from creating new Accounts.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqdewi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of qqdewi Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against qqdewi.
